Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at boostypr@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is our responsibility, BoostyPR will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for return.

Sale or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, you may request a return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item. Product and size availability are not guaranteed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
